We are an independent Ukrainian full-service law firm focused on demands of corporate Clients.
History
Our firm was established in 2007 by five partners graduated from the National Law Academy of Ukraine after Yaroslav Mudry (Kharkiv) the same year (2002).
The firm was construed under a full-service model which envisaged specialism in providing legal services by practices due to corporate Clients' demands:
- corporate law and M&A;
- banking, finance and tax lawі;
- real estate law;
- dispute resolution;
- labour law;
- white collar crimes.
Before establishing the firm partners gained the experience in the international banks and law firms, leading local companies and while performing a public service. The synergy of partners' enthusiasm for creation of own business and their devotedness to efficient consulting business model resulted in successful start and sustainable growth of the full-service independent Ukrainian law firm KPD CONSULTING.
We are oftenly asked why such company name was chosen. The answer is simple - KPD is the first letters of founders' sure names, but even more - we see a hidden symbolism over these three letter:

Key facts
2007 - establishing of KPD Consulting Law Firm
2008 - extension of staff number to 20 employees, moving to new office 7, Kopernik Street.
2009 - extension of staff number to 25 employees, moving to new office centre VECTOR (Starokievska 10 G, B block office 210).
2010 - staff exceeded 30 employees, Chartered Accountants Services department and Debt Consulting practice launched.
2011 - three firm's practices (Corporate law M&A, Banking&Finance, Real Estate and Construction) received recognition of insternation directory the Legal 500 EMEA the first time.
2012 - Mr. Felix Haffner joined the firm as a counsel in charge of GERMAN DESK; the firm joined LEXICOM.
2013 - two firm's practices (Banking&Finance, Real Estate and Construction) were recognized among the leading practices in Ukraine by international directory Chambers and Partners Europe.
2014 - Mrs. Ekaterina Cherednichenko joined the firm as a counsel in charge of RUSSIAN DESK; the Dispute resolution practice was recognized by the Legal 500 EMEA the first time.
2015 - the Real Estate and Construction practice of the firm received top tier recognition from the Legal 500 EMEA; the practice head Mr. Valdyslav Kysil - among 10 best real estate and construction lawyers of Ukraine according to the Legal 500 EMEA та Chambers and Partners Europe; the Tax law practice was recognized by the Legal 500 EMEA the first time.
2016 - Mrs. Olena Domanchuk joined the firm as a counsel in charge of PRIVATE CLIENTS' PRACTICE.
2017 - Mr. Andrii Ivanov joined the firm as a counsel in charge of the ENFORCEMENT PRACTICE.
2018 - Mr. Stanislav Odnorob joined the firm as counsel heading the COMPLIANCE practice.
2019 - Metr Yegor Boichenko became a counsel in charge the European Law practice. Mr. Vitaliy Patsyuk has been recognized the corprate and the tax lawyer of the year by LigaAwards 2019.
2020 - the first time 8 practices of the firm have been highly regarded and recommended by the Legal500.
