Mr. Kyrylo Kazak heads the Dispute Resolution, White Collar Crimes, and Labor Law practices of the firm. In 2025, he was elected the managing partner of the firm. He is primarily focused on advocating for clients in criminal procedures and investigations. According to Clients and peers, he is “a brilliant attorney-at-law”. One of his recent professional successes is the first-ever conviction of the pledgor for an offence related to collateral misappropriation (Art. 388 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Mr. Kazak advises the Clients in the labor law matters. His expertise encompasses representing the Clients in court cases related to dismissal of the staff and labor disputes.

Before joining the KPD Consulting team, he took the position of investigator at the public prosecutor’s office, where he investigated and later supervised white collar crime cases. Mr. Kazak is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Kyiv City Bar Association (2007). He is a well-known author of numerous professional publications in the media regarding criminal procedure and labor legislation. Since 2010, Kyrylo Kazak is a certified lecturer (visiting professor) of the National Centre for Training of Bank Employees, regularly engaged for labor law educational programs.
