Mykhailo joined KPD team in 2013 after getting master of law degree with honors from the Yaroslav the Wise National Law University. Earlier he had begun his professional career at the top-ranked law firms in Kharkiv and Dnipro.
His competence covers real estate and construction transactions in Ukraine, legal due diligence investigations, legal support of banks on facility agreements, pledges and mortgages. Mykhailo’s expertise also encompasses assistance in foreign investment in real property in Ukraine.
Considering Mykhailo’s secondment as the in-house lawyer at Naftogaz Group he is also competent in full legal support of natural gas trading companies. His background covers involvement in renewable energy projects as well.
Mykhailo is the attorney at the Kyiv City Bar Council.
