KPD Consulting Law Firm acts as legal adviser to Ochakivsky Wind Park

KPD Consulting Law Firm successfully assisted Ochakivsky Wind Park Joint-Stock Company in extending the Euro 40 million loan facility from Sberbank (the Ukrainian Subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia). The legal support included preparation of the collateral documentation and issuance of legal opinions under the Law of Ukraine and the Law of Cyprus (KPD has instructed Cypriot advisers of Pelaghias, Christodoulou, Vrachas LLC)
