We are delighted to announce promotion of attorney Mr. Mykhailo Semka to counsel position at KPD Real Estate and Construction Practice.

Mykhailo holds master of law degree with honors from the Yaroslav the Wise National Law University and joined our team in 2013. Earlier he had begun his professional career at the top law firms in Kharkiv and Dnipro cities.

Within the last 7 years Mr. Semka has been involved in our remarkable projects related to real estate and construction transactions, legal due diligence investigations, legal support of banks on facility agreements, pledges and mortgages while the Real Estate and Construction Practice headed by the partner Mr. Vladyslav Kysil keeps on to be highly recognized annually by independent rankings Chambers Europe and The Legal 500.

Considering Mykhailo’s secondment experience as the in-house lawyer at Naftogaz Group as well as involvement in renewable energy projects his expertise has been deepened significantly that allows to extend the Real Estate and Construction Practice by introducing the new branch – Energy.
