Ekaterina is an expert in the area of Russian Corporate Law and has extensive experience in International Legal Consulting. Ms. Cherednichenko also participates in M&A projects, accompanies transactions on attraction of financing, and advises on corporate structuring of the clients' companies.
Ekaterina successfully practices incorporation and legal support of joint ventures, representative offices and branches of foreign clients in the Russian Federation, and accompanies similar projects in CIS, Mongolia, and Afghanistan.
The considerable part of her practice is devoted to tax optimization of clients’ activities, including attraction of international legal instruments, and to judicial representation on corporate and tax disputes in the Russian Federation.
