KPD Consulting Law Firm achieved success in dispute on debt recovery for IPAX Ukraine LLC

KPD Consulting Law Firm successfully protected interests of IPAX Ukraine LLC in court case on debt recovery from the counterparty. Based on the results of consideration of a case in first and second instances in the Client’s favor the court adopted a decision on debt recovery from the debtor in full.
