KPD Consulting Law Firm enforced a Client’s right to refund UAH 2 million VAT

KPD Consulting Law Firm has successfully represented Laggar Limited Liability Company in dispute with the State Tax Inspection of Dniprovskyi District of Kyiv City with regard to value added tax refund in the amount of UAH 2,054,465. The Client’s instructions covered preliminary negotiation and correspondence with the tax authority within the administrative procedure, drafting and filing the claim and representation the client in oral hearings in Kyiv District Administrative Court.

As the result the client’s right to refund more than UAH 2 million VAT was completely proved and enforced, the court adjudged a decision in favor of the Client: the claim was completely satisfied by means of cancellation of the tax authority resolution.
