Training "Anti-corruption Compliance as a Tool for Company Protection"

Association "Ukrainian Union of Lessors" (http://www.uul.com.ua/) with the support of the USAID’s Financial Sector Transformation Project (https://www.usaid.gov/uk/ukraine/economic-growth) held a training "Anti-corruption Compliance as a Tool for Company Protection". The training was organized by the Managing Partner of KPD Consulting Law Firm Igor Kalitventsev.

During the training the Partner and an Attorney of KPD Consulting Kyrylo Kazak and the Counsel of the company Stanislav Odnorob highlighted the most important issues of anti-corruption compliance. In particular, the speakers were talking about anti-corruption regulation in the USA, UK and Ukraine, certification of companies according to the international standard ISO 37001, risk assessment in the company’s business processes, risk management in relations with third parties, management of conflict of interests in company, prevention of corruption.
