The Tax team of KPD Consulting Law Firm successfully represented the Client in dispute with the State Tax Inspection of Desnyanskyi District of Kyiv City on cancellation of tax assessment notices with regard to Corporate Profit Tax and Value Added Tax with the total amount of around UAH 1,200,000.00. The Client’s mandate covered investigation the matter, drafting and filling the documents, appellation against the decision of second instance and representation the client before the Kyiv District Administrative Court and the High Administrative Court of Ukraine.
As the result of the hearings the mentioned tax assessment notices were canceled by the Kyiv District Administrative Court and the decision of latter was supported by the High Administrative Court of Ukraine and entered into force.
