KPD Consulting Law Firm has successfully represented ZED-Ukraine LLC (one of the leading Ukrainian exporters and importers of content services) in the Economic Court of Kyiv in dispute on debt collection under the contract of commission. Based on the results of hearing of the case, the Economic Court of Kyiv satisfied the claim of ZED-Ukraine LLC and collected the debt under the commission contract for the benefit of the claimant.
The matter was handled by the associate of the Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy department Mr. Oleg Bezvershenko under supervision of Mrs. Kristina Marynoshenko, the director of the department.
