Vitaliy focuses on corporate and commercial issues. In particular, he proceeds with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures or disposals as well as establishment of a new business. Vitaliy’s background includes conducting of legal due diligence, structuring and planning of transactions with shares, including transactions with non-residents of Ukraine. He has also a wide experience of advising of clients in real estate projects, in particular on financing, acquisition and development matters, for both new construction and reconstructruction projects.
Vitaliy has graduated with honors from Yaroslav Mudry National Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv (Law Degree) and Economic School at the Kharkiv National University (Banking Degree).
