Michael focuses his practice in the area of overdue and bad debts recovery. He has outstanding experience in building strategies of overdue and bad debts recovery for particular industries and/or products; participation in court proceedings and cooperation with public authorities with respect to collection of bad debts (including bankruptcy proceedings) as well as in staff training on negotiation (pre-trial) process with the debtors.
Michael has graduated from Zaporozhye Law Institute in 1999.
