Kyrylo focuses on criminal, criminal procedure and constitutional law issues. He worked in law machinery, where he conducted pre-investigative inspections of and investigated high-profile criminal cases, in particular relating to the President elections of 2004. He is experienced in legal supporting of elections of all levels.
Kyrylo has graduated with honors from Yaroslav Mudry National Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv (Law Degree).
