Igor focuses on commercial litigation, insolvency, enforcement procedures, elections and local government issues. In particular, he proceeds with intermediation of interests in courts of all instances in Ukraine, including insolvency proceedings, as well as at enforcement procedures; organization and holding of shareholders’ meetings; representation of shareholders before state bodies of Ukraine; establishment of joint holding companies of non-residents of Ukraine and local government; legal support of local and national elections.
Igor has graduated with honors from Yaroslav Mudry National Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv (Law Degree) and from International Management Institute, Kyiv (Executive MBA, master of business administration).
