Mykola focuses his practice in the area of banking and finance law, including extensive experience in taxation, and banking and finance in Ukraine. He has advised a multitude of Ukrainian and international companies on a broad range of issues, including tax structuring, international debt financing, investment and insurance activities, transactions with securities and derivatives, as well as conducting legal due diligence and structuring the legal and tax aspects of M&A transactions.
Mykola has graduated with honors from Yaroslav Mudry National Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv (Law Degree) and Economic School at the Kharkiv National University (Banking Degree)
